We respect the confidentiality of all information that you provide about yourself during the visit on our website.
We do not collect personal data on our website, unless you yourself provide them in our order form or info form to be
our software client.
The data in the order form is used exclusively for business transaction (DSGVO Art. 6 (1) b).
The data in the info form is used exclusively for infos about new releases of our software.
There is no further use of the data.
The data is not given to any third party, with the exception of official authorities with official legitimation.
The following data is collected:

The following data is used for the purpose of writing the invoice: Name, Company Name, Address, Country.

The following data is used to communicate with the client: phone number, e-mail address.

The following data is used to prove the correct balance of VAT in EU countries, excluding Germany: VAT number.
The personal data is collected and used exclusively for the purposes described above and in correspondence to the
currently effective European data protection directives.
There is no other use of our clients personal data than described in this document.
Protection of Personal Data
The personal data is saved for the duration of the business relation in an address book
and protected by the usual protective measurements (user login, harddisk access rights, anti-spyware).
If wished by the client, the data is deleted before the business relation expires and after the invoice is settled.
The access to our website is encoded (SSL, https) and therefore is - to a large extend - protected from the eyes of third parties.
The communication by e-mail may be unprotected and - under circumstances - can be read by third parties.
If the client does not agree with this type of communication we certainly
communicate and process orders and invoices by letters and postal service.
Automatically Collected Unpersonal Data
During the visit of our website anonymous unpersonal data is collected.
Examples are internet browser, operating system, and the number of visits.
We use this data to check the popularity and performance of our website.
